Wednesday Women’s Workouts

If you want to feel better, look better, and be healthier… join us for the next 5 weeks at Nature’s Closet on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 for a circuit training workout. We will work with weights, bands and medicine balls to whip you into shape so you can better enjoy your active lifestyle. Beginning and advanced athletes welcome.

Bi-Weekly Hikes!

Led by our staff, the hikes are a great opportunity to explore the outdoors with other Nature’s Closet customers! Our next hike is Sunday, December 5th. Meet at 11AM at Nature’s Closet to carpool to a local trail head. Hope to see you there!
12/5 Our hike this Sunday will follow the Stony Ledge and Roaring Brook Trails along with a section on Sperry Rd. Along the way we will enjoy the fantastic view from Stony Ledge overlooking the Hopper. We may also take a side trip to Deer Hill Falls. This strenuous hike of 5.1 miles will take 3 – 3.5 hours. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring a raincoat, extra clothing, snacks, and a water bottle.
11/21 Our hike this Sunday will follow the Chestnut, Class of 98, Appalachian, and Pine Cobble Trails. Along the way, we will take a side trip to some beautiful quartzite cliffs, investigate a rare Pitch Pine community on the summit of East Mt, and take in the fantastic views from the Pine Cobble. This somewhat strenuous hike of 3.9 miles will take 2.5 – 3 hours. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring a raincoat, extra clothing, snacks, and a water bottle.
11/7 – We’ll hike the RRR Brooks trail up through ‘Flora Glen before turning off to the summit of Bee Hill. Our return will take us through a grove of ancient maples and along the Rosenburg Ramble through the Williamstown Rural Land Foundation’s Sheep Hill property. The hike is a moderate one and should take about 1.5 – 2 hrs from the store. Bring sturdy shoes, a raincoat, and a water bottle.
10/24 – We’ll explore the Hoosac Range Trail, the newest trail in the Northern Berkshires. The hike is a moderate one and should take about 1.5 – 2 hrs from the store. Bring sturdy shoes, a raincoat, and a water bottle.
